Camas Valley Hornets Girls Volleyball 3-2 New Hope Christian

A hard-fought five-set battle ended in Camas Valley's favor Thursday night, as the Camas Valley, Oregon volleyball program picked up a 3-2 road victory over New Hope Christian in Skyline League (1A) play. The win moves the Wildcats to 7-10 overall and 3-3 in league, landing them right at the midpoint of conference play with ground to make up in the standings. Playing away from home and grinding through a fifth set is never easy, and the ability to close it out on the road speaks to the team's competitive character. The result snaps what had been a challenging stretch for Camas Valley, which entered Thursday sitting at 6-10 on the season. With the second half of league play still ahead, every conference win carries added weight as teams jockey for postseason positioning. The Wildcats will look to build on this momentum when they return to action next week.
