Coaches voluntarily provide their phone numbers to participate in our score reporting network. When a coach texts a game score to our system, we process that information to update game results and generate game recaps for the community.

Roseburg Sports Hub operates an SMS-based score reporting network for local coaches. Participation is by invitation only.

Information we collect: Phone numbers of coaches who are personally invited to participate in our score reporting network. Phone numbers are provided directly to Roseburg Sports Hub staff and are not collected through online forms.

How we use SMS: We send game day reminders, score confirmations, and occasional network updates to participating coaches. We do not send marketing messages via SMS.

Message frequency: Varies. Typically 1–3 messages per game day during active sports seasons.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties. Phone numbers are used solely for the score reporting network.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Roseburg Sports Hub does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.
