By accessing and using Roseburg Sports Hub (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. Roseburg Sports Hub is operated out of Roseburg, Oregon.

Roseburg Sports Hub provides local sports information for the Douglas County community, including game schedules, scores, youth sports program listings, news recaps, and notifications via email and SMS.

By submitting your phone number through our website forms or coach enrollment process, you consent to receive text messages from Roseburg Sports Hub. These messages may include:

• Game-day reminders and score updates
• Score confirmations for coaches
• Registration and program alerts

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for support. For additional assistance, contact support@roseburgsportshub.com.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.

Roseburg Sports Hub operates an SMS-based score reporting service for invited coaches. By agreeing to participate in the score reporting network, coaches consent to receive text messages from Roseburg Sports Hub related to game schedules, score confirmations, and network updates.

Participation in the SMS score reporting network is voluntary and by invitation only. Coaches may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of SMS does not affect any other relationship with Roseburg Sports Hub.

Message frequency varies based on game schedules. Message and data rates may apply. Roseburg Sports Hub is not responsible for carrier charges associated with text messaging.

Users, including coaches and community members, may submit content such as game scores, sports tips, and other information. By submitting content to Roseburg Sports Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display that content on the Site and in our notifications.

We may edit, summarize, or use AI to generate recaps based on submitted scores and information.

The Site provides sports schedules, scores, and program information on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all scores, schedules, or program details are correct or up to date. Please verify critical information (such as registration deadlines or game times) with the relevant organization directly.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for any accounts or subscriptions created on behalf of their minor children. By providing information about your child, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to the collection and use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roseburg Sports Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or our services. This includes, without limitation, damages for errors in scores or schedules, missed notifications, or interruptions in service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

All content on Roseburg Sports Hub, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Roseburg Sports Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Oregon.
