Days Creek Wolves Football 24-26 Crow

Crow came away with a 26-24 victory over Days Creek in a close league football game played Friday night in Days Creek, Oregon. The two-point margin told the whole story of a hard-fought contest that could have gone either way down to the final moments. Days Creek entered the game at 5-2 overall and absorbed a tough defeat that dropped the Wolves to 5-3 on the season and 4-2 in league play. The narrow loss stings, but it does not erase what has been a competitive fall campaign for Days Creek. Giving up just 26 points while putting 24 on the board shows the Wolves can compete with anyone in the conference on any given night. The result tightens the league standings and raises the stakes heading into the final stretch of the regular season. Days Creek will need to regroup quickly and take care of business in its remaining games to finish strong and keep postseason positioning in play.
