Glide Wildcats Girls Volleyball 3-0 Siuslaw

Glide swept Siuslaw in three sets Thursday night, claiming a 3-0 girls volleyball victory on their home court in Glide, Oregon. The win counts in the 3A-6 Far West League standings and moves the Wildcats to 12-6 overall and 10-4 in conference play.

Hosting Siuslaw in a late-October league matchup, Glide controlled the match from start to finish, never allowing the Vikings to steal a set. That kind of clean sweep carries weight this deep into the regular season, when every conference result shapes playoff seeding and postseason positioning.

The Wildcats entered the night at 11-6 and needed a strong showing to stay in the mix at the top of the Far West League. A straight-set win does exactly that, keeping Glide's conference standing solid as the regular season winds toward its conclusion.

With the postseason approaching, Glide will look to build on this momentum and close out league play on a high note.
