Spring 2026 Registration Roundup: What's Open Now

Spring sports registration is in full swing across Douglas County, and there are programs for every age and interest. Here's a quick look at what's open right now.

Umpqua Valley Cal Ripken has openings in T-Ball, Rookie League, Minors, and Majors divisions, all with a March 15 registration deadline. Whether your child is just starting out or ready for competitive play, Cal Ripken has a spot.

The YMCA of Douglas County is running their popular Youth Basketball League (closes Feb. 28), Spring Soccer (closes March 1), and Swim Lessons (closes March 15). The Y continues to be one of the best values in youth sports with their sliding-scale pricing.

The Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley has their Basketball Skills Camp closing Feb. 21 and Flag Football closing March 7. Both programs are great for skill development in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Don't miss out on the Junior Golf Clinic (closes April 1) and Family Pickleball Nights (closes March 30) at the Roseburg Recreation Department. And if you're looking for a spring break option, their Spring Break Sports Camp closes March 14.
