Elkton Elks Girls Volleyball 3-0 Days Creek

Elkton volleyball rolled to a 3-0 sweep over Days Creek on Saturday, improving to 19-6 on the season. The Elkton, Oregon-based program, a member of the 1A-4 Skyline League, handled the non-league visitor in straight sets at home, keeping the momentum rolling deep into the fall campaign. The win adds another quality result to a season that has seen Elkton establish itself as one of the stronger small-school programs in the region. With a conference record of 8-1, the Elks have been equally dominant in league play, and Saturday's performance showed the team can take care of business outside of Skyline League competition as well. The sweep reflects a squad that is clicking at the right time of year, with postseason play on the horizon. Elkton will look to carry this energy into upcoming matches as the team positions itself for a strong playoff run.
