The Wildcats turned Tuesday afternoon into a offensive showcase, rolling past Douglas 17-6 on the road in league softball action. Glide's bats came alive early and often, building a commanding lead that put the game away well before the final inning.

The 11-run margin of victory was exactly what the Wildcats needed to bounce back in conference play. Against a Douglas squad fighting to stay competitive in league standings, Glide showed no mercy at the plate, stringing together multiple big innings to break the game open.

The dominant performance moves Glide to 9-5 overall and an impressive 6-1 in conference play, keeping them firmly in contention for a top seed heading into the postseason. With their league record now sitting at just one loss, the Wildcats have positioned themselves well for the final stretch of regular season games.

Glide will look to maintain this offensive momentum as they return home for their next league matchup, hoping to continue their strong conference showing.
