Glide Wildcats Girls Volleyball 3-0 Douglas

Glide volleyball swept Douglas in three sets Thursday night, winning 3-0 on the road in a 2A league matchup. The Wildcats, based in Glide, Oregon, made the trip to Douglas and took care of business efficiently, picking up a clean sweep that keeps them moving in the right direction as the season enters its final stretch.

The win lifts Glide to 8-4 overall and 6-2 in conference play. At this stage of the schedule, league results carry extra weight, and a road sweep is about as good an outcome as a team can ask for. The Wildcats have now won eight matches on the season and sit solidly above the midpoint of their conference slate.

With the postseason approaching and conference standings tightening, Glide will look to build on this momentum. Every league win from here matters, and Thursday's performance on the road shows the Wildcats are capable of competing away from home when it counts.
