UVC Monarchs Boys Soccer 8-0 Rogue Valley Adventist Acad.

Umpqua Valley Christian rolled to a commanding 8-0 victory in boys soccer Tuesday, traveling to Rogue Valley Adventist Academy for a 1A league matchup that ended in dominant fashion for the Eagles out of Roseburg, Oregon. The shutout win moves UVC to 6-3 overall and 4-1 in conference play, keeping the Eagles firmly in the mix as the postseason picture begins to take shape. Scoring eight goals on the road against a league opponent speaks to the offensive firepower UVC has developed throughout this fall campaign, and holding Rogue Valley Adventist scoreless adds another clean sheet to a defense that has been dependable in key moments. The lopsided margin gives the Eagles a meaningful boost in confidence heading into the final stretch of the regular season. With conference standings tightening across 1A, every result carries extra weight. UVC will look to build on this performance and maintain momentum as league play continues later this week.
