The UCC Riverhawks turned their home court into a showcase of offensive firepower Thursday night, overwhelming Shoreline 89-38 in a non-conference women's basketball clash that was decided early and often.

The 51-point margin of victory highlighted just how dominant the Riverhawks were from the opening tip, building what appeared to be an insurmountable lead and never letting their foot off the gas. UCC's balanced attack and defensive pressure created a lopsided affair that allowed the home crowd to enjoy a stress-free evening of basketball.

Shoreline, clearly overmatched against a Riverhawks squad that has now improved to 23-10 overall, struggled to find any offensive rhythm throughout the contest. UCC's ability to score nearly 90 points while holding their opponents to under 40 demonstrated the type of complete performance that has defined their season's success.

The victory serves as another positive step for a UCC program that continues to build momentum with each outing. With 23 wins already in the books, the Riverhawks have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with, using games like Thursday's dominant showing to fine-tune their approach on both ends of the floor.

As the season progresses, performances like this one against Shoreline will serve the Riverhawks well as they continue to develop the chemistry and confidence needed for postseason success.
