UCC Riverhawks Mens Basketball 78-67 Clark
Clark brought its A-game through Tristan Pratt's 25-point explosion, but the Riverhawks had all the answers in a 78-67 men's basketball conference road victory.
Pratt torched UCC for 25 points on an efficient 9-of-14 shooting, keeping the home team within striking distance throughout. But the Riverhawks weathered every storm with balanced scoring and a dominant second half.
Mikey Lloyd and Jackson Taylor led the charge with 17 points apiece. Lloyd filled up the stat sheet with four rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block in 35 minutes of floor leadership. Taylor provided the perimeter punch, drilling 3-of-7 from beyond the arc while turning the ball over just twice.
Jackson McKee added 14 points and four assists, while Caden Hunter chipped in 13 points on an impressive 6-of-10 shooting in 19 efficient minutes off the bench.
The difference came in the second half, where UCC outscored Clark 44-25 after a tight 34-20 halftime deficit. The Riverhawks shot with precision while limiting Clark's supporting cast around Pratt and Ari Richardson, who managed 19 points but needed 18 shots to get there.
The victory pushes UCC to 20-3 overall, a milestone 20th win that strengthens their conference tournament positioning. With the regular season winding down, every conference game carries playoff implications as the Riverhawks build momentum for March.
